All the presentations on week 2 were good. I pick my favourite presentation of week 2 as the one given by Brent because of the applicability of his work. Since Monte Carlo Simulations don’t know whether the transformation changed the knot or not and since its a tool commonly used by physicists, his work seems significant.

I also choose Brent’s talk. Knot theory is a new topic for us. I know it has some connection to Feynman diagram but didn’t take ie seriously. He did a good job on his talk. Inspired by his work, I will take a look at the connection of knots to the topic that I am interested in.
